Holding advanced degrees in business and environmental engineering, along with certifications like PMP, PE, and USACOE Wetland Delineation, Jeffrey bridges the gap between technical depth and strategic innovation.

Jeffrey has successfully managed and delivered over 200 projects, representing more than $1 billion in capital investments. His experience spans environmental engineering, civil infrastructure, land development, and sustainability-focused design. He has consistently transformed complex challenges into streamlined, cost-efficient solutions for corporations, municipalities, and private developers.
